Veganuary is a non-profit organization that encourages people worldwide to try veganism in January and, hopefully, beyond. The organization, started in the UK in 2014, aims for a world where food choices better protect our planet. During the 2022 campaign, over half a million people took the pledge to try a vegan diet.
If you've been looking to try out a plant-based lifestyle, #Veganuary is the perfect time. Spend the month making more vegan decisions and add more fresh fruits and veggies into your life. Luckily, apples are the perfect snack to help you do so.
